This is my scan of the first volume of True Tales Of Terror. If you are afraid of doing some googling I'll give you some info here: This is one of the longest running manga that's still going. Started in 1987 and has been going almost non stop since. Every chapter (or few it depends) is a new story submitted by viewers, there was a magazine coming out along with the manga that is also still going on. More famously it has been adapted several times to television and home video. My interest came to this franchise because of it's association with *Tales of the Bizarre* as Fuji TV handles both that series *and* the longest running adaptation of *True Stories Of Terror*; that adaptation has been going almost every year since 1999. (1999 specifically has been translated by my team and you will see that posted hopefully next week). As a result I decided to try and archive this franchise to the best of my ability. This manga run technically had 3 or so "eras": - The original run from 1987 to 1996 - 1996 to September 2010 - The current run from January 2011 to present Gathering information on this franchise, such as what adaptations are actually really based on the original stories, and which just take the name, is impossible. I'm not even sure who owns the copyright and which are licensed and not licensed lol. What I DO know is that the original manga run was never archived in any digital form. I got lucky, and managed to snag all but (*I think*) 3 of the volumes. So, if anyone has a full collection let me know at denliner2000@gmail.com. As for the 2nd and 3rd era. I actually did buy all of the current era mistakenly before realizing it is on amazon kindle. So if someone has the capability to rip those, definitely try to do so please. Sorry for the long post, but that's about all there is to say on the matter. It's my 2nd biggest project behind Tales of the Bizarre. However, *unlike* Tales of the Bizarre, I have zero intention on finishing all of it. I wish you all a great day once again. Please share this post so my back pain from scanning all this does not go to waste.
